About This Card

This Simplified Chinese Mewtwo ex is card 128/103 from 30th Celebration (30周年庆典), illustrated by Yano Keiji. As a Basic Pokémon ex, it can enter play without evolving, with the two-Prize Knock Out rule that comes with Pokémon ex.

Did You Know?

Playing a Pokémon ex comes with a clear trade-off: when it is Knocked Out, your opponent takes two Prize cards instead of one. That rule gives this Mewtwo ex a bigger stake in the game, alongside the large 230 HP printed on this card.

Why It Stands Out

Mewtwo sits in a bright central halo, framed by mirrored pink-and-violet shapes and fine circuit-like lines on a dark field. The contrast keeps the figure easy to pick out, while the layered pattern gives the card a strong focal point on a Mewtwo or Psychic-type display page.
